This writ petition is filed praying to direct the respondents to entertain the petitioner to duty as Trained Graduate Teacher in Hyderabad Public School and to declare that petitioner is entitled to be continued as Trained Graduate Teacher in Hyderabad Public School.

During pendency of the writ petition, the order of termination dated 21.02.2008 was communicated to the petitioner. Challenging the same petitioner filed W.P.No.30634 of 2011 which is disposed of by separate order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 4.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
