THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9657 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or an appropriate Writ or Order or direction to the Respondents herein holding that the inaction on the part of the Respondents for not paying exgratia as per N.O.O (CS) Rt.No.390 dated 20-09-2013 even after lapse of more than three years is illegal, arbitrary and violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under the constitution and direct the Respondent to pay Exgratia of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only ) to the petitioner herein for the death of her husband due to "electric shock" in terms of the principle laid down by this Honble Court in W.P.No.35215 of 2012, with in time bound period and pass such other order or orders which are deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 13.12.2016, to the respondents, but no action has been taken on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, that the said representation will be considered in accordance with law. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation, dated 13.12.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in

accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
