Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders passed by this court in W.P.No.16136 of 2017, dated 28.04.2017 have been complied with. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they will be more careful in future while implementing the orders of this Court and the delay caused in this case may be condoned.

Having considered the respective submissions, while taking lenient view, this contempt case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as a consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
