THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24118 of 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.2 in not providing police protection to the petitioner's 3 acres of agricultural land Sy.No.663 of Vemulaplly Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal, arbitrary and against article 300-A of constitution of India." Heard Sri K. Jagadishwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.
Today, when the matter is called, written instructions, dated 06-08-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vemulapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions read as under:
"It is respectfully submitted that as of now the respondent police did not received any complaint from the petitioner seeking police protection, hence the allegations made against the respondent police are false and baseless. It is further submitted that if the petitioner approaches the police Station for seeking police protection along with the orders of the Competent Court, the respondent police will take steps to provide police protection as Court.
The respondent police abide the directions if any passed by this Hon'ble court."
On noticing the above said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to record the said
instructions and close the writ petition.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of, by recording the written instructions, dated 06-08-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vemulapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District.
