Petitioner's grievance is that she had made an application on 08.01.2018 to the 2nd respondent to recognize her as a member of the Founder Family and to include her name in the Trust Board of the 5th respondent-Temple, and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the petitioner's application dt.08.01.2018 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
