THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.14100 OF 2019 ORDER: (per SK,J) Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 04.02.2019 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.827 of 2014 filed by the Assets Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, Secunderabad, under Section 19 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993, now re-named as the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (for short, 'the Act of 1993'). An effective alternative remedy in the form of an appeal is provided to the petitioner against the aforestated order under Section 20 of the Act of 1993. No exceptional grounds are either pleaded or established before this Court warranting invocation of the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution circumventing the statutory appellate remedy provided to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground leaving it open to the petitioner to invoke the appellate remedy in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
