wp_27395_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleaded to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the case of petitioner for compassionate appointment to any suitable post by duly implementing the orders of the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad passed in O.A.No. 23 of 2010, dt. 15.12.2010 (as amended in corrigendum dt. 30.12.2010) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to implement the orders passed in O.A.No. 23 of 2010, dt. 15.12.2010 (as amended in corrigendum dt. 30.12.2010) in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.
After arguing the case, having observed the reluctance of this Court to entertain the Writ Petition, Sri K.Krishna Kishore, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedy if any available to him in law. 3.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 34040 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
