The grievance of the petitioner is that he applied for gun license and the same was rejected, vide memo, dated 13.08.2018. Against the same, he filed appeal before the 1st respondent on 20.09.2018 and the same is not being disposed of till date. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the appeal is pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law.
