THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20050 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not releasing the layout for the land admeasuring Ac.14.00 guntas in Survey No.358 of Tummaloor Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in spite of producing conversion certificate by paying necessary fee along with order of conversion of land for residential use granted by the Special Grade Deputy Collector & Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranga Reddy East Division.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions states that the said application was disposed of, but the same is disputed. It is urged that if really the said application is disposed of, definitely the said order would have been communicated to the petitioner, but no such order has been received by the petitioner till date.

In view of the rival contentions advanced, without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to consider the application dated 20.11.2012 made by the petitioner requesting the 1st respondent to release layout, in accordance with law, if it is pending, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same may be communicated to the petitioner

within a week thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
