A copy of the common order dated 17.04.2014 in T.R.C.No.114 of 2001 and batch, is placed before this Court.

2. In view of the same, following the order dated 17.04.2014 in T.R.C.No.114 of 2001 and batch, these Tax Revision Cases are dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these revisions shall stand closed. No order as to costs.

3. Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order dated 17.04.2014 in T.R.C.No.114 of 2001 and batch, to this order.
