THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Appeal No.1242 of 2013 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} The learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that the subject matter of this writ appeal is covered by the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary vs. State of A.P. (judgment in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 29.01.2016).

None appears for the respondent-writ petitioner. This appeal in W.A.No.1242 of 2013 is preferred against the order of the Learned Single Judge in W.P.No.34662 of 2012 which formed part of the batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.30526 of 2012 and batch dated 31.12.2012. The very same judgment was the subject matter of challenge in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch and, in the light of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 29.01.2016, this appeal must also be disposed of. Following the judgment in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 29.01.2016, and in terms thereof, this Writ Appeal is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
