HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 1048 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed seeking permission to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the claim of Form-66 of the Companies (Court) Rules by the Applicant with the Official Liquidator and extend the time for her to file her claim till 28.01.2016 i.e., the day on which the applicant actually filed her claim and direct the Official Liquidator to adjudicate her claim Official Liquidator to adjudicate her claim.

For the reasons stated in the Company Application, the delay of 51 days is condoned subject to the petitioner furnishing necessary original documents along with the Form 66 within a period of one week from today.
