Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to make representation before respondent No.6 for redressal of his grievance.

In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation before respondent No.6 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is filed within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered by the 6th respondent, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
