Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail remedies before the District Collector/Revenue Divisional Officer, Suryapet, Suryapet District, under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. The statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
