THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT P.I.L. No.272 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Petitioner-in-person does not press this petition and seeks liberty to approach the concerned authority on behalf of at least 10 persons to whom old age pension has been wrongly denied. He seeks direction to the concerned authority to consider and decide such representation within time frame.

Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes representation as aforementioned, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
