Ms. Aashika Jain, learned counsel representing Mr. Khaja Aijazuddin, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, submits that the main M.C. No.152 of 2017, on the file of learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IX-Additional MSJ, Additional MSJ for JHCBBC Court at Hyderabad, is disposed of and, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision case. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the Court bundle.

Taking the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
