This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District to decide C.C.(SR) No.4609 of 2015 pending on their file immediately. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though C.C.(SR) No.4609 of 2015 was filed on 23.11.2015 before the II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, the learned Magistrate is not deciding the same till date and hence, prays to direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the same expeditiously.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.(SR) No.4609 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
