THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11285 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was as to the opening and continuance of a rowdy sheet in his name by Dabeerpura and Saidabad Police Stations, Hyderabad.

However, on instructions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home stated that neither of the aforestated police stations were maintaining a rowdy sheet in the name of the petitioner, presently.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It shall be open to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance with regard to any rowdy sheet being maintained in his name by any other police station by way of independent proceedings.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
