This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.274 of 2013 dated 21.12.2015 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad setting aside the judgment passed in C.C.No.405 of 2011, dated 21.03.2022, on the file of XI Special Magistrate, Secunderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. While recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
