THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.1552 and 1543 of 2019 COMMON ORDER :

These two Revisions arise out of the same O.P. between the same parties. So they are being disposed of by this common order. 2.

C.R.P.No.1552 of 2019 is filed challenging the order dt.13-06-2019 dismissing I.A.No.55 of 2019 filed for recalling R.W.1 to mark documents filed along with I.A.No.54 of 2019; and C.R.P.No.1543 of 2019 is filed to challenging the order dt.13-06-2019 in I.A.No.56 of 2019 in O.P.No.1115 of 2016 to recall R.W.1 for the purpose of marking documents filed along with I.A.No.54 of 2019. 3.

Both I.As. had been dismissed by the Court below, I.A.No.54 of 2019 was dismissed.

Today, by separate order C.R.P.No.1524 of 2019 has been allowed setting aside the order passed by the Court below in I.A.No.54 of 2019 in O.P.No.1115 of 2016.

Therefore, these Revisions are also allowed. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
