(Respondents in-do-) Petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition i.e., "the Petitio ner/Accu sed No.6 shall personally appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every 4th Sunday of the month between 10.00 A.N4. and 5.00 P.M. till completion of the investigation and filing charge sheet" imposed in Crl,P.No.4090 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020 in Crime No. 305 of 2018 of P.S. Armoor in the above stated circumstances. CRLP NO: 4090 OF 2020 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant Anticipatory bail to the Petitio n erlAccu sed No.

6 and direct the Police Armoor, Nizambad District or any other arresting officer to release the petitioner/ Accused No.6 on bail in the event of her arrest in Cr. No. 305 of 2018 of Police Armoor, Nizambad D istrict The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 22.09.2020 made in Crl.P.

ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr,P,C., seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 22.09,2O2O passed in Crl,P,No,4O90 of 2O2O, wherein this Court while releasing the petitioner on anticipatory bail imposed a condition that she should report before the investigating officer on every 4th Sunday of the month between 1O.OO a.m. and 05.00 p.m, tilt completion of investigation and filing of the charge sheet.

The counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the petitioner is a resident of Jalandhar of Punjab State and she has been complying with the said condition from the date of her release, which fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor,

_)_ Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on petitioner to report before the Investigation Officer on every 4th Sunday of the month between 1O.O0 a.m. and 05,O0 p.m., is hereby relaxed.

Accordingly, the LA. is ordered.
