ORDER

Challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering the complaint dated 06.02.2017 given by the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 to 7, the present writ petition is filed. Notice before admission was issued on 22.02.2017. This Court vide order dated 20.03.2017 directed the learned Government Pleader for Home, to get the record from the 3rd respondent, pursuant to which, the record is produced before this Court. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of the First Information Report was not furnished to the petitionercomplainant, and hence, he is not in a position to know under what sections the complaint was registered.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent. As and when the petitioner approaches the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the First Information Report to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
