This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings petitioner in Crime No.19 of 2020 of P S. CCS, DD, against the Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for both the parties fairly submit that charge sheet has already been filed in this case and therefore the criminal petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet, if so advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any penCing, shall also stand dismissed.
