Heard and perused the award dated 29.10.2014. Since the parties have entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat, the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.115 of 2012 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, R.R.District are hereby quashed.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
