Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner for appointment as single trustee.

Smt.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5, submits that pursuant to the notification issued on 10.08.2015 a trust board was constituted and as a matter of fact trust board was taken charge.

In the circumstances, the relief which the petitioner claims itself has become infructuous, however, he is at liberty to work out his remedies in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
