These revision petitions under Section 115 of CPC are filed challenging the Orders in I.A.No.66 and 67 of 2013 and I.A.No.6 of 2015 in O.S.No.273 of 1986 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Uravakonda.

The main ground urged before this Court is that the application filed under Order 20 Rule 18 CPC is barred by limitation and legal representatives cannot be brought on record.

This question is no more res integra, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in Ven u v. Pon n u sam y Reddiar ( dead) Th r . Lr s an d an ot h er (Civil Appeal No.4187 of 2008). Therefore, the contention of the learned counsel for petitioners that the petition is barred by limitation cannot be accepted. Hence, I find no ground to interfere with the finding of the trial Court. However, the petitioners are entitled to claim equities as per law. With the above observation, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these cases, shall stand dismissed.
