ORDER

Mr.K.S.Murthy, having regard to the stand taken in the counter affidavit and the steps already taken by respondents for acquiring the land, does not press the prayer as made in the writ petition and seeks liberty to petitioners to work out remedies available in accordance with law. He requests the Court to permit the petitioners to apply to respondents for suitable remedy in the matter of payment of compensation in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record.

By granting liberty, referred to above, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
