THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36977 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.71 of 2016 and take action against the accused therein.

The grievance of the petitioner is that on a complaint filed by him against the 4th respondent and others, the Station House Officer, Sydapuram Police Station, SPSR Nellore District-3rd respondent herein registered a case in Crime No.71 of 2016 on 01.08.2016 against the 4th respondent and others for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 435, 506, 109 r/w 34 IPC, but so far no steps have been taken. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.71 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, either way in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 31.10.2016.
