THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.96 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the Judgment Debtor, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the action of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Markapur in not registering E.A.SR. No.6603 of 2015 in E.P. No.170 of 2014 in O.S.No.297 of 2010.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner filed E.A.SR. No.6603 of 2015 under Section 151 CPC, on 21.12.2015, seeking to advance E.P.No.170 of 2014 in O.S.No.297 of 2010 from 28.1.2016 to that day i.e., 21.12.2015 or any nearest date. 4.

In view of the relief sought by the petitioner, the very purpose of filing of the revision petition became infructuous. 5.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
