This writ petition is filed alleging inaction in conducting survey and demarcation of petitioner's land admeasuring Acs.2.25 guntas in Survey No.316 of Chandanagar Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Material on record discloses that a request for conducting survey and demarcation and fixing boundaries of subject land was made apparently for the first time only on 29.07.2017 and addressed letter to the District Collector, Ranga Reddy and served a copy to the Tahsildar on the same date. This writ petition is instituted within three days thereafter. It cannot be expected from the authorities to react with such speed in ordering survey as requested by the petitioner and the petitioner cannot complain of inaction much less deliberate on the part of authorities for conducting survey.

For the first time, such a request was made by him only on 29.07.2017. It cannot be said that there is deliberate and willful inaction in performing statutory duties on the request of the petitioner made only on 29.07.2017 warranting exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
