HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2302 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the impugned order.

The reasons shown by the trial Court for refusal to accord permission to recall PW1 for further cross-examination are quite cogent and do not suffer the vice of illegality or perversity to warrant interference. Hence, I find no merits in this petition to set aside the impugned order. The cited decision reported in Natasha Singh vs. CBI will not advance the cause of the petitioner.

In the result, this Criminal petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
