THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26978 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to incorporate the date of birth of the petitioner dated 03.06.1958 in his service records as per the entries made in his school records, continue the petitioner in the service and allow him to retire from the service on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2018 with all consequential benefits and attendant benefits.

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that this Court in identical circumstances disposed of W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch dated 31.03.2015 and a copy of the same has been placed on record.

In the circumstances, following the order dated 31.03.2015 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch and for the reasons therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
