This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.3 in Crime No.243 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after full-fledged trial the petitioner was acquitted in C.C. No.369 of 2015. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. 3.
