THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI CONTEMPT CASE NO.881 OF 2018

O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri R.V.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners in this contempt case, would fairly state that in the light of the Memo dated 16.05.2018 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, in purported compliance with the order, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, the petitioners would have to take steps independently to impugn the same.

Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their grievances as regards the Memo dated 16.05.2018 by way of separate proceedings in accordance with law. No orders as to costs.
