Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled amicably out of the Court and compensation amounts have been paid to all the petitioners. He also submits that liberty may be granted to petitioner No.7 to avail other remedies in respect of his Ac.6.09 guntas of land.

Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 8 and Sri O.Manoher Reddy, learned counsel for the 9th respondent.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner No.7 is granted liberty to avail remedy as may be available to him under law in respect of his Ac.06.09 guntas of land. Interim order granted earlier by this Court on 13.09.2017 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.
