THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14931 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession, enjoyment and ongoing construction over the land in Plot Nos.3 to 6 in Survey Nos.41/8 and 41/9, situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without issuing any notice, as arbitrary and illegal.

While issuing Notice before admission on 15.05.2013, this Court granted interim direction not to interfere with the construction, provided if the same is in accordance with the sanctioned plan dated 06.11.2012. Now, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Occupancy Certificate was also issued on 09.02.2015 after completion of the construction.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
