THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25002 OF 2012 ORDER:

It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.13257 and batch, dated 15.09.2015. Following the said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed and the amount collected from the petitioner under the interim order passed in this case shall be refunded to him within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Office is directed to append the copy of the order W.P.No.13257 and batch to this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
