HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1196 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 04.07.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21696 of 2017, wherein respondent No.2 was directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.402 of 2016 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 21.09.2016, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to six months and file a final report, in accordance with law.

In view of the representation made that investigation in Crime No.402 of 2016 is completed and a charge sheet also came to be filed, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
