HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD W.P. No. 35997 of 2015 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the case in C.M.A.No. 66 of 2003 filed by the 5th respondent which is pending for the last 12 years.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the changed circumstances, the C.M.A. has been disposed of and nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the matter has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
