HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.C.M.P. Nos.700 & 732 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:
Tr.C.M.P.No.700 of 2014 is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw S.O.P.No.1 of 2014 from the file of the Court of Seniorcivil Judge, Adoni, Kurnool District and transfer the same to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District.
2. Tr.C.M.P.No.732 of 2014 is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw S.O.P.No.54 of 2014 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa and transfer the same to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Adoni to be heard along with S.O.P.No.01 of 2014.
3. The parties to both the petitions are one and the same. The issue involved in both the matters is almost one and the same. Hence, I am inclined to pass common order in both the matters in order to avoid inconvenience. .
4. When the matter is taken up for arguments, learned counsel for both parties in one voice submitted that in the best interest of both parties as well as official respondents, but the cases may be transferred to Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kurnool.
5. In view of the submissions of both counsel, S.O.P.No.1 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Adoni and S.O.P.No.54 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Kadapa and both are transferred to the Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kurnool for disposal in accordance with law. 6.
Accordingly, these two Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of . No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these civil miscellaneous petitions, shall stand closed.
