As can be seen from the order dated 5.10.2017, it is apparent that in spite of adjourning the matter from 3.10.2017 for hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor, the learned Counsel for the petitioners was absent, and no representation was made on behalf of the petitioners on that day. Hence, this Court posted this matter to this day with a direction. Today also none appeared for the petitioners, which clearly shows that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute this petition. The learned Counsel for the 1st respondent is present. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, interim stay granted on 23.8.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.7743 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
