ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar vide order dated 31.07.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.649 of 2015.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. The Court below, while suspending the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the trial Court, directed the petitioner to deposit 5% of compensation amount before the trial Court within one month and if he fails to deposit the same, the suspension order stands revoked. 4.

Since the appeal is admitted for adjudication and hearing, this Court is of the view that the condition to deposit 5% of the compensation amount before the trial Court, is hereby set aside. The other conditions imposed by the Court below in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.
