THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.6165 of 2011 ORDER :

The present criminal petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 7 seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.279 of 2011 on the file of Mancherial Police Station, Adilabad District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, across the bar, submitted a letter, dated 24.5.2017, of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mancherial Police Station, addressed to the Public Prosecutor, stating that C.C. No.1612 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Judicial First class Magistrate, Mancherial, was ended in acquittal.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
