This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.85 of 2019 of Narayanguda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 504 I.P.C.

At the time of hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet on 28.06.2019. 3.
In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition as it has become infructuous.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
