This writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for working freely as a Tonsurer in the Kalyanakatta at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), Tirupati.

Sri A.K. Jaya Prakash Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TTD, states that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.09.2012 passed in this writ petition, the application of the petitioner was considered and rejected under proceedings dated 29.10.2012. A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the petitioner would have to independently challenge the proceedings dated 29.10.2012, liberty may be given to him to raise all the points urged in this writ petition in the subsequent writ petition which would be filed assailing the proceedings dated 29.10.2012.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, this writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.

No order as to costs.
