t The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the $ proceedings in C.C.No.1263 of 2018 on the file ol the VII Metropolitan $agistrate, Cyberabad at Hayath Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

There is no representation on behalf of petitioners. Heard Ms.S.Madhavi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents- State.

Since 12.12.2023, the matter was being adjourned on several occasions either at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners or for the reason of there being no representation for petitioners.

Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners' inspite of listing the matter under the caption, "for dismissal". This shows that the petitioners are not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
