Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent - police in conducting investigation in Cr.No.75/2018 on the file of Police station, Thurkapalli, Rachakonda, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that investigation is in progress and the same will be completed within four weeks, and final report will be filed.

In view of the above submission, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete investigation and file final report in accordance with law, before the court concerned, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
