Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue for official respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he purchased an extent of Ac.O.O3 gts of land situated in Survey No.45 and 63 of Sidduluru Payaga Village of Vikarabad Mandal, Vikarabad District under a registered sale deed dated 18.07.2006 and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the said extent of land since the date of purchase. The petitioner claims to have made an online application seeking mutation of the said extent of land for issuance of pattadar passbook in the name of the petitioner. In addition to the online application, the petitioner claims to have submitted representation dated 30.03.2022 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 but the respondents have not taken any action till date on the said online application bearing No.LM 22OOO|B322 and the written f
MSK,J W.P.No.19018 of 2022 representation dated 30.O3.2022. Hence, seeksr direction of this Court for issuance of new pattada-r pass book-cum-title deed in respect of the subject land to the petitioner. 3.
In these circumstances of the case, the Writ petition is disposed oi without going into the merits of the case directing the second respondent to consider the online application dated.30.03.2022 submitted by the petitioner for mutation and for issuance of new pattadar pass book in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.03 gts of land situated in Survey No.45 and 63 of Sidduluru Payaga Village of Vikarabad Mandal, Vikarabad District within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
