THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY APPEAL SUIT No.726 of 1997 JUDGMENT:

It is stated that both the respondents died long back and the question of settling the matter before Lok Adalat does not arise. However, no steps are taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondents.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution, but, in the circumstances, without costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
