THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3305 of 2009 ORDER:

It is submitted by both the learned counsels that the Notification dated 17.10.2008, in which Clause 4(2) of the Notification came to be challenged, itself has been withdrawn. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous. However, Clause 4(2) of the Notification relating to eligibility criteria is in issue.

2. Liberty is preserved to the petitioners to challenge the said criteria in future, if occasion arises.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
